Elisabeth Hayes
BCBA & Founder
Elisabeth has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2013. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in History and Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Teachers College, Columbia University.
Isabella Howerton
BCBA
With a Master of Arts in Exceptional Student Education, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis, from the University of West Florida, Isabella is dedicated to increasing independence and improving the quality of life of children and adults with autism and related disabilities.
William Torres
Data Analyst & Behavior Therapist
William has worked as a Behavior Therapist since 2019, providing direct services and case management to support client goals. With a background in IT, he also manages data collection systems and analysis, ensuring accuracy and creating streamlined workflows.
